Clay Courts
A clay court is the most popular in the world becuase of its long term health benefits and overall comfort of play. Sub-surface irrigation systems have reduced water usage and improved maintenance procedures. HarTru clay courts require daily maintenance, to ensure the surface is leveled, as well as compacted each day to keep the surface in top condition. We also offer opening and closing services for clay courts to clear them of winter debris, put down new lines, and get them ready for the season. At the end of the year, we roll up the lines, take the net down, and put it into storage for you, for the winter season.
Hard Courts
The Racquet Shop maintains all hard courts by clearing off the debris, installing nets and net posts, fixing cracked or troubled courts and resurfacing, which should be done every 5-6 years. Adding cushion to your acrylic court will provide consistent bounce, sure footing and outstanding durability. Cushioned surfaces respond to body impact and reduces fatigue on players legs, knees, ankles and feet.
